Good point. Don't think Karen knows what a "shadow government" is, but it sounded ominous. But, let's cut Karen, and all the Karens, some slack; it's hard to be on point when living in fear of the Big Bad Orange Man. And checking under the bed every night for monsters does get tiring too.
